Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development, co-ordination and execution of all marketing and communications activities
  • Monitor daily operation, provide editorial and market research support of digital promotion platform such as Facebook, Instagram and other advertising platforms
  • Promote and share contents on various digital and social media channels support brand awareness, products and marketing campaigns
  • Copywriting include but not limited to press releases and other promotion materials
  • Support and implement all marketing promotions

Requirements:

  • University graduate major in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communication, Chinese or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Marketing, PR or advertising agencies
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Creative, well-organized, strong time management skills and willing to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, proactive, mature with ability to work diligently and independently
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer

  • Handle full set of accounts independently
  • Perform month-end, interim and year-end closing with breakdowns and schedules
  • Handle intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliations
  • Inventory management
  • Assist in budgeting/forecasting and costing analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
  • HKICPA/ACCA qualified or finalist accountant
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in finance and accounting field with minimum 2 years’ experience in handling full sets of accounts
  • Audit experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized accounting systems; hands on experience in Oracle Netsuite System will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine on-line and finished food products inspection at various stages on the production line to implement ISO / HACCP policy
  • Responsible for quality control of raw materials and packaging materials
  • Assist in implementing and maintain the documentation system and quality management system
  • Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process in compliance with the corporate standard
  • Coordinate and participate work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff
  • Execute the ad-hoc job tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder or above in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year food industry working experience (Baking industry is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, independent and with good communication skill
  • Well-organized with good analytical skill
  • Willing to work overtime and independently
