Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of leasing plans to optimise store occupancy and retail rental performance for the network in Hong Kong.
  • Proactively identify leasing opportunities, new locations, and assist in end-to-end negotiations with shopping malls/landlords, including lease renewals, amendments and restructurings.
  • Conduct financial and commercial analysis for lease proposals, focusing on rental structures and cost-effectiveness; ensure agreements align with company policies.
  • Assist in cost-control initiatives and prepare negotiation materials (e.g. term comparison, options, and cost-saving proposals).
  • Build and maintain working relationships with shopping malls/property teams to secure space and support portfolio stability and tenancy renewal processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure leasing compliance, timely documentation, and efficient tenancy administration.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support mall promotions and co-marketing opportunities (e.g. campaigns/brand activities) to maximise store exposure and commercial benefit.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong retail leasing market and solid commercial judgement.
  • Proven ability in lease negotiation and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Support Team Head in daily QA/QC functions.
  • Supervise the day-to-day quality inspection for on-line and finished food products.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation of quality management system, including system manuals, standard operation procedures (SOP) and training materials, etc.
  • Coordinate ISO audits, ensure regulatory compliance, tracking the improvement and implementation of non-conformities identified.
  • Coordinate work safety and hygiene training to related staff.
  • Supervise the subordinates, improve internal workflow to maximize the efficiency.
  • Assist in new product development and handle quality complaint cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Food Science or relevant disciplines.
  • 8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in food manufacturing industry.
  • Equipping with HACCP, ISO22000, document control systems and other relevant quality management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and good time management.
  • Excellent leadership skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
